NOTE: Please make arrangements for winterization and storage a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of drop off/pickup. Any Boat that is scheduled less than 2 weeks in advance of freezing temperatures will be responsible for their boat for that time, we hold no responsibility for damages due to freezing.

Friendly Reminders

• No Service will be scheduled if an outstanding balance exists.
• A method of payment is required prior to any scheduling of winterization or storage services.
• Payment for service invoices is due upon receipt. If payment is not received within 30 days, Late fees will apply each month.
• Please leave any boat covers in the boat
• Please remove all personal items. Pilot Knob Marina is not liable for any theft or loss while in storage.
• All Holding tanks (water, black & gray) must be empty upon drop off/pick up. We do not have the capability to empty them and hold no responsibility for damages.

Delivery/Pickup:
Service pick up on water at dock $100
Service pick up on trailer $100

Storage::
Inside storage (reserved for boats without trailers) $65 Per foot
Outside Storage (Trailer boats must shrink-wrap) $30 Per foot

Coverage:
Shrink-wrap $25 per foot

Engine Winterization (per engine):
Winterize Engine (sterndrive/inboard $275
Winterize Outboard (>75hp) $220
Winterize Outboard (<75hp) $180
PWC $150

Lubricants:
Engine oil and filter change $250
Lower unit Gear lube change $175

Preventative (recommended every 3 years):
Alpha Water pump impeller change $350
Bravo water pump impeller change $450

Water Systems Winterization:
Fresh water system (hot and cold) $150
Ballast system $150
Fresh water washdown $75
Waste system $75

Bottom Wash:
Bottom wash up to 25’ $225
Bottom wash 25’-30’ $295
