Please Call or Fill out our Work Order to schedule your service work.
We will do our best to meet this date. However, weather, location of boat in storage, and other factors may affect actual completion date. You will need to submit this sheet a minimum of (3) weeks before the date you have specified. We can only finish a certain number of boats per week so they will be scheduled as forms are received.
- No service will be scheduled if there is an outstanding balance for service, storage, etc.- All service work must be paid in full before the boat leaves Pilot Knob Marina.- Make sure to leave keys in boat.- Make sure batteries are in boat.- Make sure at least (2) dock lines are in boat (if there are no lines, (2) will be added and invoiced automatically).- Make sure there is gas in the boat (10 gallons will be added and invoiced automatically so boat can be delivered safely) - Boats must be picked up within 7 days of service being completed.
Inboard Summarization Includes: Clean battery terminals & reconnect, install plugs, connect hoses, check: engine oil level, power steering fluid level, transmission fluid level, pulley, belts and coolant level. I/O Summarization Includes: Same as inboard, plus check outdrive oil level and trim pump oil level.I/O Preventative Maintenance Includes: Remove outdrive, inspect bellows, inspect/grease u-joints, inspect/lubricate splines, lubricate gimbal bearing and engine coupler, check engine alignment, adjust shift, install new gasket/O-rings, and reinstall outdrive. (Note: replacement of U-joints, bellows, or engine realignment is not included)Outboard Preventative Maintenance Includes: Check bolt tightness to transom, inspect anodes, adjust control cables, lubricate swivel bracket, tilt support lever, tilt tube, steering cable, & pivots. Inboard Preventative Maintenance Includes: Check engine alignment, lubricate steering cables and linkages, lubricate throttle and shift cables, grease rudder shaft and inspect exhaust flaps. (Note engine realignment is not included)Inboard & I/O Tune-up Includes: Replacement of spark plugs, distributor cap, and rotor, check/adjust timing, clean flame arrestor, set idle speed, and replace fuel/ water separator (if applicable) & set idle speed.Outboard Tune-up Includes: Replacement of spark plugs, in-line fuel filter, fuel/water separator (if applicable) & set idle speed.Water System Summarization Includes: Re-connect hoses, test operation, fill with fresh water.Safety Check Includes: Check of navigation lights, safety lanyard, horn, blower and bilge pump.
